When you request an on-site quote, we collect the information you submit, including your name, phone number, street address, cleaning needs, home-ownership answer, preferred timing, service-area selection, and campaign information in the page URL. If you contact us directly, we also receive the information included in that message.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a property visit, prepare an in-person quote, provide services, prevent misuse, understand which advertising brings visitors to us, and improve our website and advertising.
Meta advertising measurement
With your advertising consent where required, this site uses the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It reports page visits and successful quote requests for advertising measurement and ad optimization. Meta may receive device and browser information, IP-derived location, page URL, referral information, and event timing. We do not include your form answers, name, phone number, or street address in Pixel events.
Consent and your choices
In regions where advertising consent is required, Meta tracking remains blocked until you accept. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Elsewhere, tracking may operate without a banner, subject to applicable opt-outs. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer; the change applies immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Text Messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

They process information for these stated purposes under their own safeguards. We keep quote-request information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
